Following the establishment of the Fondo Zeta, the Board of Directors of the Company has chosen to support two outstanding entities historically committed in the care of children and young people, in order to promote and accelerate a collaboration in the field of disability care.

The Gaslini Institute, founded in Genoa in 1938 by Senator Gerolamo Gaslini, has been a center of excellence in healthcare and research for over 80 years.

It is the largest children’s hospital in northern Italy, with 22 buildings spanning over 73,000 square metres, two thirds of which are dedicated to parkland. More than 2,000 people work at Gaslini, including doctors, nurses, university students, and researchers.

It includes all pediatric specialties, numerous laboratories, and university departments, many of which are affiliated with the relevant specialization schools.
